📢👏We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the UK Picker Experience Network (PEN) awards, for the PCC Adult Protection Engagement Platform.

The Platform, which brings together members of the public with lived experience and decision makers within health and social care, has been shortlisted for an award in two separate categories:

1. Long term improvement in experience of care
2. From insight to impact

The annual PEN awards programme recognises initiatives that demonstrate measurable impact, learning and sustainability. The PEN awards highlight work that turns insight into action and improves care in meaningful, lasting ways.
