IDD Therapy (Intervertebral Differential Dynamics) is an advanced, non-surgical spinal decompression treatment primarily used for chronic back and neck pain.

It utilizes computer-controlled technology to target and decompress specific spinal segments where manual therapy or exercise alone has been insufficient.

Key Features & Mechanics

Targeted Decompression: Unlike traditional traction, IDD Therapy uses a specialized machine (the Accu-SPINA) to apply a precise, computer-controlled pulling force at specific angles to isolate an individual disc, such as the L5/S1.

Pressure Reduction: The machine creates a "negative pressure" within the disc, which can help retract bulging or herniated material and relieve pressure on compressed nerves.

Oscillation: A unique feature of IDD Therapy is "oscillation," which introduces gentle, rhythmic micro-movements during the stretch. This helps relax surrounding muscles, reduces spasms, and promotes the flow of nutrients and fluids into the disc for repair.

Comfort: The treatment is non-invasive and generally painless; many patients find the sensation so relaxing they fall asleep during the 26 minute machine session.
