💙 REAL SUPPORT, REAL PEOPLE, REAL DIFFERENCE!

Great to have Gavin Robinson & David Brooks MLA back with us tonight, a regular visitor and supporter of our Titanic Gentlemen’s Club.

Gavin understands the vital work community groups like ours continue to do, especially at a time when our health services are under immense pressure.

For some men, clubs like ours are more than just somewhere to go. They can be a lifeline. ❤️

Tackling loneliness and isolation, supporting mental health and wellbeing, building friendships and giving men a safe place to talk, be listened to and feel valued.

Prevention is just as important as intervention.

While some men are waiting to access professional mental health services, having somewhere to turn, someone to talk to and a reason to get out of the house can make a real difference.

We are not here to replace professional services, but we believe community-based support has a vital role to play alongside them.

Sometimes it’s not about having all the answers. It’s about being there, listening and making sure nobody feels they have to face their struggles alone.

Community groups aren’t just social clubs. They are part of the support network that holds our communities together.

What an AMAZING and memorable day! ❤️😂

Our Scavenger Hunt Through a Lens is officially complete and we can safely say the women kicked the men’s asses this time! 😂🐔🏆

BUT… we have a problem!

This is more than just a day out. ❤️

It’s about health & wellbeing, building relationships, breaking down barriers and bringing men and women together as equals, working together, talking, laughing and learning from each other. 🤝

🐓🐔 THE C**K ’N’ HEN PROJECT – THROUGH A LENS 📸

This weekend our C**k ’n’ Hen Project heads to Portrush for a Scavenger Hunt Through a Lens but there’s much more behind it than just a day out and a bit of craic.

The ethos of this project is simple:

We don’t label. We listen.
We don’t divide. We bring people together. ❤️

Men and women will be paired up and challenged to work together throughout the day, completing challenges, having conversations, sharing laughs and getting to know someone they may not normally spend time with.

One of the challenges even asks each person to find out something about their partner they didn’t know before and share it with the group over dinner.

That’s what this project is about.

🤝 Building positive relationships
❤️ Supporting health & wellbeing
🗣️ Creating honest conversations
💡 Learning from each other
🙌 Supporting each other
⚖️ Treating everyone as equal

Men and women can have different experiences, different pressures and different perspectives and we believe there is real value in sitting together, listening to each other and learning from each other.

This isn’t about putting people into brackets.

It’s about real people, real conversations and real connections.

Sometimes health and wellbeing doesn’t need to start in a classroom.

Sometimes it starts on a train, during a ridiculous challenge, over dinner, or simply having a laugh with someone you didn’t know yesterday.

🎱 WHAT A NIGHT! 🎱

Another brilliant turnout for our Health & Wellbeing Pool League tonight! 👏

Great to see the room packed with men from across our communities, playing pool, having a laugh, catching up and, most importantly, getting out of the house and connecting with others.

This league was never just about pool. It’s about men’s health & wellbeing, friendship, breaking isolation and bringing communities together.

Massive thank you to every team and every man who continues to support it. The atmosphere tonight says it all! 🙌
