Do you ever lie down for a Reflexology session with a busy or anxious mind..... then BOOM you wake up wondering where you are & how long you've been there!! 🤣

Well that my friends is exactly what happened to my client today! 5 minutes of me working on her feet and she was off, she had caught the train to snooze ville. 😴

Reflexology is more than a foot massage. It is a stress busting, sleep inducing, circulation boosting, anxiety reducing, full Parasympathetic nervous system reset. The effects of one treatment can be felt for a number of days.

I applied a blend of lavender, rose, geranium, clary sage & patchouli essential oils to aid hormone balance, encourage calmness & help her feel more grounded within herself! A beautiful blend to ease the mind & senses. 😌

60min session - £40

I would recommend 6 consecutive sessions, 1 per week to achieve the best results - i am offering 6 for £210 saving £30 (must be paid in full at time of booking).

This blend is perfect for children/teenagers who will be sitting their upcoming school exams, G.C.S.E's or A levels.
