Hello Folks!

It was brought to my attention that my Google business profile has gone walkies.... Along with it all the years of reviews etc! I've poked along to try and get it reinstated but in the meantime I've reapplied and set it up again!

If you could be a gem and leave me a review that would be fab! Word of mouth is the best asset to any business, and I've been privileged to work with many of you over the last 14 years!
.... Yes.... 14! ! It's a big business birthday in a few weeks time!

Thanks in advance for taking the time!

You're all legends!

Jen

As you all know this is the rugby club where I am based...

I'm blessed to not have to worry about where my next feed is coming from, but some are much less fortunate! I'm proud to support the Quins Women's food drive, and any client wishing to make a donation is very welcome to do so and I'll add it to the stock!

While I have you.... If you're stuck for someone this Christmas, why not let me mangle them for you!

Get in touch if you need a cheeky voucher!

Stay loose folks!

I know I probably don't post enough by today's standards....

But today is a red letter day as its 13 years since Rejenerate opened the doors!

13 years of clients who have put their trust in me!

Thank you!

Stay loose!

I don't often post....

Usually the odd shout out for vouchers or merry Christmas or happy business birthday etc...

But this ones important!

I'm braving the shave in aid of cancer research!!

I've lost loved ones to cancer, and I'm grateful to the research already done that has saved friends and family...

But one of my besties is going through it right now... And I want to do something tangible to support!

So if you've got a few spares dollars...chuck them my way ❤️❤️❤️

Stay loose folks!

It's my 12th birthday.... Well.... Technically it was yesterday but a special lil' niece turned 7 so I was quite distracted by cake and ice cream!

I know I don't post much.... Realistically I don't want to spam your feed talking marketing keek and I'm lucky enough to be busy enough to not need to!

But today is a landmark and I'm gonna shout it!

12 YEARS!!!!.......

Thankyou to all my clients who put their trust in me and then send their loved ones too... Your recommendations mean a lot! So when I have a new consultation and they say "yeah my mate Craig saw you 5 years ago and said you were brilliant"... I am legit doing a wee dance in my head!

So big thankyou to everyone who makes this possible, and here's to another generation of ReJeneration 😎

ReJenerate is 11 years old today!

11 years of you guys trusting me with yourselves, your friends and your families! It's always very humbling to see people come back after years of pain free life for me to fix the latest ni**le! I love catching up with you and your latest gossip.... I love knowing you're going to get back to sport quicker, sleep better, be more comfortable at work, headache free.... Because of something I did that session...

There really is no better feeling....

I don't post much.. I don't advertise really... Because I'm blessed to be busy without it! But I'm always here ready to give a helping hand (literally) and a sounding board for your injury worries and biomechanical boggles!

So here's to more years at the ReJeneration Station!

Stay Loose Folks!

This weekend ReJenerate is sponsoring Lisburn Softball ! I'm a Lisburn Eagle these days! And there's no better way to give back to the community than to help where you can!

So if you're wondering what to do on Sunday?.... You could do worse than watch my tubby ass trundle around Wallace park from 2pm 😂.... Take the doggo for a walk and catch 10 mins of our game!
