Dont know about you..... but ive been making the most of the good weather to do work in garden. Figured may as well as no guarantee of good weather going forward. The result is today im done in, feel like i been hit with a bus. So today im listening to my body and doing nothing! Yup nothing. Taking time to recharge the batteries, what needs done will still be there tomoz.

This is what makes my role worthwhile! Love this kind of feedback.
Following a bereavement , and an accumulation of challenging life experiences , I attended counselling with Dawn. I was given the time to express my thoughts , seeking to find resolution. Dawn helped me to accept that which I have no control over , to help unload that which had been weighing heavily upon me. Through her empathy, and professional knowledge I have been able to find closure and acceptance. Through the sessions I’ve absorbed the advice given and benefited enormously. Thanks for your assistance and understanding .

So summer is here (?) Many people will be having holidays or time off work and feel a shift in wellbeing. Issues can arise and holiday blues kick in on return to normality. Instead of having the 'blues" have a reset and change your outlook. Now available for private 1-1 sessions and guaging interest on a ladies of a certain age group.
