Me and my girls! Post skate along the Derwent near Alvaston park on Sunday! Look how tall the eldest is! She turned 14 yesterday!!!! How the time flies.....

Feeling particularly proud of myself this week, 10.9 mile trail skate on Wednesday evening with the awesome Secret Skate Society 🛼 what an amazing evening!

Off to Leeds tomorrow for Northern Roll......

Life has it's stressors for sure, but being IN my body and out of my head (lol! not literally....) is the best thing ever! So happy i got back on my skates! And so proud my three kiddos are skaters too 🥹 Eldest wants to try blades now........So off to Roller Snakes on Sunday to try some on.......! (n.b. I will not be going over to the 'dark side' myself lol!......but do need sturdier quads for trailing......!)

So yesterday i had a BIG day....I took another step in the Reclamation of MYSELF, body and soul. The very talented and intuitive Jodie Bambi Tattoos wrote on my body, marking my journey so far...It has been a long time gestating within, synchronicity bringing it to the light...We met thru skating, another embodied reclamation this year! What a year! I have been on a journey creating my own rites of passage over the last three years, claiming my inner life, my light, and opening it up to the world! I have had a definite spring in my step today, and a level of centredness that feels wonderful. I cannot thank Jodi enough, for her Presence, energy, and absolute skill in realising that which had to BE!!! I am becoming more and more content being ME and that's just brilliant and necessary 💗😋 I have also almost finished my psychotherapy training!!!! So this winter solstice is going to be buzzing! Blessings All and Hope to see some of you very soon ### 🙏🥹

Having been silent for some time.....I am now venturing back into the world of Embodied Therapy!!

To celebrate this restart, I will be holding a Women's Circle On-line this coming Wednesday, 16th November, at 6pm.

This first circle, (I hope to have many more!!), will look at managing Pain. We experience many different types of pain, physical, emotional, grief, loss, struggle and more.

In this circle we will hold one another in our personal pain as it presents for each of us, and explore ways to reduce this pain using Embodied techniques. There will be no requirement to share what is happening for you if you do not want to.

This first circle will be complimentary to all women who attend. I hope to make it a regular circle on Wednesday evenings at 6pm going forward.

After a very turbulent year and a half, with many new roads and bumps to navigate, I am finally emerging once again. And what better way to do that than with a Labyrinth!

I am installing a beautiful Labyrinth of White Flags and Stones for Belper Goes Green festival 2022 10-12 June. Made possible by Fleet Arts and the lovely Ola Wilson ! x

The theme is Unity. Unity with the Self, Unity with All. Please come and walk, let go of that which no longer serves the inner or the outer world.

May you find the Blessing of Balance at this time. Embrace both the Shadow and the Light in Yourself and in your Life Situation.

Take time to welcome All aspects of your Self to sit with you. Learn from those parts of you that create the most challenge.

Sometimes the Seed needs a huge external force to crack open its hard shell, thereby releasing the Life-Force that lays within.

Whatever challenges you may be facing right now, I hope you can use them to Open you Up to who You truly are, So that you may Blossom along with the beginning of Spring 🙏
