So enjoyed my annual outing with my pop-up therapy workspace at The Energy Orchard at Off The Tracks - a local festival at Castle Donington (no, not Download!). Off The Tracks Festival has been running for more than 30 years and it's a pleasure (and honour) to help organise this special little space. Lovely eco-friendly campsite, great facilities, and magic people!

I was there doing Quantum-Touch treatments, Massage Therapy, EFT and we were also offering Shiatsu, Reiki, Hopi Candles, Sound Therapy ..
If you're a therapist or other creative, why not get out and about and maybe give a festival a try! It's super fun, and we meet so many lovely people who over time become our "regulars". What's not to love? 😍

Back in 2018, I travelled down to beautiful Cornwall for a week to do this intensive training course in Cancer-Touch Therapy training. I had no idea then how much it would shape the work I do today; it was such a turning point. It taught me so much about compassion, healing, and the power of touch; lessons I still carry into my work today. Huge shout-out and gratitude to Marc Innes for his incredible training and guidance.

EFT meets Cocker Spaniel energy!
So how did I get to have my camera rolling while sitting on a breezy grass bank, messy wet windswept hair, grass stains, bit of blood, very unflattering angle .. and my dog stealing the whole show?
Well, sometimes life gives you the perfect moment to practice what you preach! This impromptu EFT tapping session for quick Pain Relief was filmed right after a took a tumble on a dog walk.
Well, its that's real life, isn't it? 😆

So here's the short funny version (laughter is the best medicine!) of how I used EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help ease my knee pain and get myself back to cool, calm and in the moment.

If you're a Therapist, why not try having a pop-up mobile offering at a Music or Wellbeing Festival next year when the season starts again?

If you can do Mobile and get your bits on an enclosed 4 sided gazebo or bell tent for a workspace to use, it can be super fun and a refreshing change .. plus an extra way to share your gifts and talents with a new audience.

I help organise the healing/therapy area at a local festival every year .. it's extra specially rewarding doing it regularly too;as festival-goers get to know you and love to rebook with you every year. 😍

You may also get chance to host a class or workshop too, from meditation, sound baths, laughter-yoga or cacao to yoga, tai chi, energy-healing, kirtan, smudge-stick-making .. what could you share that makes your own heart sing? I did one on EFT for stress & anxiety this year and it was a real joy.

At The Energy Orchard at Off The Tracks we have a really lovely chilled-out healing vibe and this Festival in Derbyshire has been going strong for over 30 years!

I have 3 workshops that I'm scheduled to teach over the next few months and here's the first! This is teaching how to do Energy-Healing ... everyone can do it and has "healing hands" even if they think they can't and they haven't! It's a natural gift we all have .. and it's really powerful to help your self, and others too. I have been teaching Quantum-Touch for around 10 years and it's never ever boring .. it's always energising, and always there is space for learning more from the syllabus itself and from my students too. There are 2 days in person learning at my therapy room in Belper, and 1 day online. If you've always been interested in energy work but never thought you could do it .. get in touch! This is fun and interesting and very very very practical as a self-help tool for home or business. ❤🙏😍
