This week we had to move our groups to the Belvedere Community Centre (just for one week) where I first opened my group on 1st May, 23 years ago! Gosh that was a touch of nostalgia for me💕

And what a super night of awards we had last night 🙌

6 stones for Sarah, 5 stones for Theresa, 2&half stones for Helen and half stones for Julie, James, Fiona and Gary, who lost 11lbs (YES 11lbs) in his first week 💪

You make me proud 💕

Phwoar this new Granola is absolutely lush and tastes like a tropical paradise 😋 there is also a chocolate brownie flavour too! Picked them up in Morrisons yesterday!
