We’re hosting a special Fundraising Quiz Night at Ye Olde Village Inn in support of the wonderful Afternoon Tea Club, hosted by Right at Home 💛

The club provides a free, welcoming space filled with:

🤝 Friendship
💙 Dementia support

Right at Home Isle of Wight are a leading homecare provider, delivering high-quality support to elderly clients, as well as adults with physical and learning disabilities. Recognised for our standards and reputation, we are now seeking an ambitious and compassionate Employee Relations Manager to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support our staff and service delivery, ensure compliance, and help grow a thriving care business.

The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for the whole carer employee journey such as attracting, recruiting, onboarding, training, developing, engaging and retaining high-quality carers.

The role owns recruitment and pre-employment compliance, induction and the critical first 12 weeks, and then ongoing training, appraisals, engagement and wellbeing through to the leaver process. Working closely with the office team, the Employee Relations Manager ensures carers feel valued, supported and connected to the organisation, ultimately improving retention, quality of care and continuity for clients.

Five years ago, Right at Home, Isle of Wight, began providing outstanding care with compassion, dignity, and respect, helping our clients remain independent at home.

Last Friday we were proud to celebrate our 5th anniversary at the The Birdham Hotel & Restaurant. Thank you to every member of our team for your dedication, and to every client and family who has placed their trust in us.

Together, we've built more than a Home Care company—we've built a caring community. Here's to the next chapter! 🧡
