It’s an interesting question, because sometimes it can certainly feel that way. A first homeopathic consultation can be quite different from what people expect. You may come to talk about migraines, digestive problems or recurring infections and find yourself being asked about your sleep, energy, appetite, stress, fears, emotions and important events in your life.

At some point you might even wonder: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲?

In homeopathy, case taking is about understanding the individual and their unique experience of what is happening. That means giving someone time to tell their story and noticing the details that make their experience individual.

For some people, having that time to talk and feeling genuinely heard can feel therapeutic. But there is an important difference.

The conversation has a different purpose. The homeopath is gathering information to understand the case and build an individual symptom picture that can guide homeopathic prescribing. And learning how to do that well takes time.

A butterfly represents transformation; a hawk represents vision. But when you look up the spiritual meaning of a human being, the universe doesn't show you a single trait. Instead, it hands you a mirror to your own cosmic self.

Spiritual traditions teach us that a human being is a sacred crossroads. Animals live perfectly in alignment with the physical earth, while the angelic and spiritual realms exist in pure, invisible light.

The human being is the living bridge where these two opposite worlds meet. We have a physical body made of the earth, and an infinite soul made of star-sown consciousness. We are built to reflect both dimensions at once.

💤Hi, My name Sonia O'Neill, sharing the Birth of "Bridge Connections" This exact truth was given to me in a dream. We could have chosen names like “Bridge of the Dimensions.” But my subconscious stripped away the complicated wording to give me a name that is an active, living verb: Bridge Connections.
A name Born from a profound dream - the logo itself, to which is a real photo took by a good friend Trev Quinn at Quinn photography. When I approached him to take the photo of myself and create a ghost the challenge was excepted but we needed a ghost! We didn't have to look to far though, an old friend excitingly stepped in whom I was studying Mediumship with at the time, and the bridge you see is that of Todds Bridge, not far from where I live.

When I moved the business to Benburb well over 9 years ago, ironically it has a garden feature at the back door of a bridge with an actual ability to have water run under it, talk about divine intervention!

I screamed at my good friend who responded "only you Sonia only you" shaking his head! lol

For a long time, we faced the frustrating modern challenge of navigating the digital world. Algorithms on search engines didn't understand the depth of this name. Because the machine mind is literal, it confused "Bridge Connections" with electronics, computer cables, and IT routing, burying our work in digital static.

But tonight, a beautiful moment of alignment happened.

The technical "noise" fell away, leaving the true purpose of my business perfectly illuminated.

Your MLAs were not informed of these changes and the public have the right to decide on EUs new incoming regulations on natural and herbal supplements. The incoming regulations are to reduce the ICU, meaning your supplements will have way less of the active ingredient that you are buying.

A little update of what has been taking place in the background at Bridge Connections.

As many of you are aware I returned to college two years ago to study homeopathy, and for me personally it landed at the right time for my own wellbeing when I didn't think I would need it so soon.

We are entering 3rd year out of a four year course in Sept.
And as always in learning we need case clients.

Our public clinic will commence from Sunday 6th Sept.
Typically it is one clinic per month.

Homeopathy is a system of alternative medicine based on the idea that "like cures like" and that extremely diluted substances can trigger the body to heal itself.

Our clinic is a unique space in the Conway Mill in Belfast on Divis Street where community-focused healing and clinical learning come together. Here, you will receive thoughtful, deeply personal, and unhurried care from our advanced student practitioners. Every consultation is fully guided and supervised by experienced, registered professional homeopaths, ensuring you receive the highest standard of considered support.

By choosing our low-cost teaching clinic, you not only access affordable, holistic care tailored entirely to your physical and emotional wellbeing, but you also play a vital role in training the next generation of natural health practitioners.

The fee is very small to cover our tutors time to over look each case. 1st appointment is £25 with any follow-up appointment of £20 Remedies are also inexpensive.
