This little robin was trying to camouflage in with the tomatoes at Aldi today.

It would have been my Nan’s 108th birthday yesterday and had been thinking of her this morning, so taking this as her little visit 🥰

Only popped in to buy my raffle goodies for my Wednesday evening Slimming World group. ❤️

When life gets busy, PLAN! 🙌

Yesterday I was looking after 2 additional Slimming World groups, with very little time in between. It would have been so easy to grab something quick and forget about Food Optimising!
This Aldi bang bang chicken bowl is a great option, full of protein, speed free foods and low Swips.

It’s also where having a Slimming World kitchen box comes in very handy.
A delicious pork stir fry in 20 minutes, no thought, no shopping, everything I need in a box.

A little bit of meal planning can save so much time, stress and temptation when life gets hectic.
