5 years. ✨

This week marks five years since I launched my reflexology business. Thank you to Association of Reflexologists for reminding me!

In that time I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, continued to grow both personally and professionally, and built a business that I genuinely love.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way - whether you’ve booked a treatment, recommended me to a friend, shared a post, or simply cheered me on.

Five years in, I’m still fascinated by the power of reflexology and still passionate about helping people feel their best.

Returning back to work after maternity leave is A BIG THING. A time where when huge shifts happen as Mums navigate and shape their career careers whilst welcoming their new little human into the world. And yet, this moment often goes unnoticed and unsupported.

Support, encouragement and space to be heard and breathe makes make a huge difference during this pivotal career moment. Past me really could have done with this support!

I am delighted to have been accepted as a mentor with , a fabulous community supporting Mums returning to work.

Yesterday, as I spoke with my mentee, we journeyed together, safely exploring her dreams, her rights and her mindset. Thank you for inviting me to be part of this wonderful initiative.

Five of my clients have given birth this month and there is no better news than this to brighten the miserable January days!

From TTC to birth, reflexology is a wonderful tool to support your pregnancy journey.

I am so lucky to have supported many women through this journey and not one has ever been the same. There are tears and laughter aplenty, but mostly there is peace 💫

No curated end-of-year post here (yet!). Just a Mum and business owner trying to tick all the lists and manage all the emotions before kicking back for the HOLIDAYS!

Last day in the treatment room today, until Jan 2nd. Looking forward to giving those final clients of the year the zen they need. It is my happy place ❤️

If I don’t manage to get on her again before Christmas. I wish you all health, happiness and whatever else you need to top up on before we take on 2026 💪
