An AMAZING week of regressions - profound reflections & realisations 🌀

… & tears, so many alchemical tears released💧

What we consciously 𝔀𝓪𝓷𝓽 to know & what we subconsciously 𝓷𝓮𝓮𝓭 to know - are often worlds apart!

… & so the journey of the soul continues 🌀

Now time to prepare & ground within our Mabon gathering tomorrow…

Continuing to hold sacred space…

Join us on Friday for Mabon 🍁✨

We have just a few spaces remaining for our Autumn Equinox gathering.

As the Wheel turns & we begin to gently move inwards, we’ll allow the body to speak the language of Mabon through gentle, grounding & gathering movements - connecting with what we have grown, what we have gathered & what we’re ready to release 🍂

A guided meditation will then invite us deeper into the energy of the Equinox, followed by sound to help us settle, soften & immerse in the experience ✨

It’s been a fascinating week in the Shed so far - where Reiki becomes the doorway, not the distinction 🙌✨

From somatic movement, drumming & dancing the dance of protection to stepping into alternate states of consciousness with the client & witnessing what they’ve experienced in another time, another space… or is it?!

& the releases… Oh the releases.
Feet, hands, mouth, me - travelling where needed, freeing the body.

Sifting puzzle pieces & observing the healing unfold is phenomenal.

Holding space is sacred & I thank wholeheartedly those who trust in me to do that 🙏

… & it’s only Wednesday!

First week back in the Shed!

Seeing energy with eyes open has been phenomenal this week 👀✨

There is something about returning to this space after time away… when everything feels a little more spacious, the senses sharpen & the unseen appears a little more present 👀✨

The trees & seas were a tonic…

Earlier this month we came together to celebrate Lammas - The first harvest 🌾✨

We each, in turn, held the corn doll & silently acknowledged something that has grown within us this year 🌾✨

The golden threads then became the symbolism, weaving their way through the evening & with each remembering - a knot was tied. A reminder that growth is woven through many small moments 🪡🌾

… & then came the primal sounds - landing wherever they were needed 💫

We’ll be holding Lammas again in Bleadon next Thursday 27th @ 7PM with only a few spaces left.

Homeward bound 🌊

Wonderful week away immersed in nature with my beautiful, fast-growing-up family 🌱🌿🌲

The Shed is now set to be busy with only a few spaces left in September for appointments.

Preparations for our upcoming Lammas gathering - Our handmade Corn Doll 🌾🌽

Traditionally, the final stalks of grain were woven into a corn doll, believed to hold the Spirit of the harvest until the earth was ready to receive it once more.

Our beautiful Corn Doll will form part of our Lammas practice symbolising our own inner harvest 🌾✨

We’re looking forward to softening inward with you as the wheel continues to turn 🌾✨
