We’d like to thank everyone who came along to see us at the Wellness Fair at Berwick Sports & Leisure Centre yesterday afternoon.
We hope we answered any questions you may have had about our ‘Putting Patients First’ eConsult system or the NHS app. Also those who took part in our CPR and choking demonstrations, we hope these were useful yet enjoyable to take part in.

Big Thank you to Berwick Rotary and Berwick Community Trust for arranging this event.

For those who couldn’t attend this event and who may still have questions, please call into the surgery. The admin staff will be happy to help or we have plenty of self help leaflets available within reception.

🚨PATIENT REMINDER 🚨
The surgery will be closed today, Wednesday 20th May 1pm - 4.30pm for Staff Training.
If non urgent medical advise is needed in this time please contact 111 or in an emergency dial 111.

As part of our monthly training afternoon, we have a space at the Wellness Fair at Berwick Sports Centre, organised by Berwick Community Trust in partnership with Berwick Rotary.

We will be there from 1pm onwards for you to meet members of the practice team, find out more about the practice and ask any questions you may have on the services we provide and how you access these.

Members of the clinical and administrative teams will be joining throughout the afternoon to introduce themselves to those of you who may not already know them.

Staff members will be able to help explain our new “Putting Patients First” eConsult system and show patients how to access it.

Wayne Mckay, Advanced Clinical Practitioner-Paramedic will be teaching CPR for those who are interested and want to have a go!

Our Practice, Digital Champion will be there to help anyone who is interested in or needs help with the NHS or SystmOnline apps to access their medical records and appointments.

We will have self help guides and patient information leaflets available for:

“Putting Patients First” eConsult system and the NHS app
Services within the community such as mental health services, sexual health services, dementia, Pharmacy First and many more.
