This might seem like a small thing to some people…
But today I taught my Pilates classes in a strappy top for the first time since January 2025 🥹
No bandages.
No long sleeves.
No covering up.
Just me.
For over a year, I didn’t recognise my own skin.
TSW took away so much more than my physical health. It affected my confidence, my identity, my relationships, my work and the things I loved doing most😔
As someone who has always lived in movement, taught classes in strappy tops and spent weekends climbing mountains, feeling like I had to hide my body was incredibly difficult😖
My skin isn’t perfect.
I’m still healing.
But today was one of those moments where you stop and realise how far you’ve come ✨
What I’ve learned through this journey is that healing isn’t about finding one magic answer.
It’s about creating an environment where the body can finally do what it was designed to do.💗
Supporting detoxification.
Balancing the nervous system.
Restoring minerals.
Improving gut health.
Processing emotions.
Reducing the overall load on the body.
Healing at root cause rather than constantly chasing symptoms.❤️🩹
This journey has changed my life ✨
And it’s the reason I’ve spent the last year creating something I wish I’d had when I was at my worst.
