I have been teaching movement for over 17 years and treating pain and injuries for over 10 years - I love what I do :)

I am a qualified Dr. of Osteomyology, specialising in treatments for a wide array of pains and injuries:
Back Pain, Shoulder, Neck, Arm or Leg Pain, Migraines, Sciatica, Pre and Post Operation, Scoliosis, Frozen Shoulder, Osteoporosis, Strokes, Arthritis etc. I offe

r treatments combining - Diagnostic Consultations, Medical Massage, Manipulation, Sports / Deep Tissue Massage, M.E.T., Lymphatic Drainage, Dry Needling, Clinical Rehabilitation – a variety of bone and muscle technique, that best suits my patients. Pilates-

I teach weekly Pilates classes in Carmarthen and Cardigan. I also teach a CHAIR & BARRE Pilates class - these classes have a particular focus on posture, core, and overall strength and mobility. They are suitable for anyone wanting a very strict approach to strengthening their bodies, people who cannot get on the floor for a mat class or anyone wishing to use Pilates as a form of rehabilitation.




1-2-1's-
I also offer 1-2-1 pilates classes, yoga classes, breathwork & meditation or a combination of all - either at my clinic in Bethesda OR online via zoom. The online 1-2-1s are great option if you live far from me, are on the road a lot or would rather do a session without leaving the house. Personalised Programs-
If you are having treatments and would like to continue at home with exercises in your own time - we can create a programme just for you! If you have an upcoming race or competition and you would like to strengthen and stretch specific areas - we can create a programme just for you! If you want an all over body workout that is specific to your body’s needs - we can create a programme just for you! Whatever your needs - we can create a programme just for you! Consultation - to find out exactly what you'd like from your programme. A follow up 1-2-1 session to go over everything in the programme

Nutritional Therapy-
I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, offering both generic and personalised Nutritional Therapy plans tailored to your desired goals. I believe in giving the body the correct nutrients it requires - unique to you. "Everyone has a different biochemistry, genetic makeup and nutrient needs, so what works for you, may not work for someone else.”

How does it work? Online consultation (zoom)- to find out exactly what you'd like from your programme. A 2 week food and mood dairy so I can see what and where needs more focus. A pdf emailed to you with a personalised actions plans & and a selection of recipes. A follow up zoom call to discuss the plan and any questions answered. Whatsapp support for the following 3 weeks to answer any questions or quieries implementing the plan. Retreats-
I run health and wellness retreats (day and week long) in the UK and abroad. All my retreats offer a combination of pilates, yoga, breath-work, meditation and nature immersion - such as wellness walks, forest bathing, sea dipping, star gazing etc. If you would like more information feel free to send me a message, text or give me a call :)

This might seem like a small thing to some people…

But today I taught my Pilates classes in a strappy top for the first time since January 2025 🥹

No bandages.
No long sleeves.
No covering up.

Just me.

For over a year, I didn’t recognise my own skin.

TSW took away so much more than my physical health. It affected my confidence, my identity, my relationships, my work and the things I loved doing most😔

As someone who has always lived in movement, taught classes in strappy tops and spent weekends climbing mountains, feeling like I had to hide my body was incredibly difficult😖

My skin isn’t perfect.

I’m still healing.

But today was one of those moments where you stop and realise how far you’ve come ✨

What I’ve learned through this journey is that healing isn’t about finding one magic answer.

It’s about creating an environment where the body can finally do what it was designed to do.💗

Supporting detoxification.
Balancing the nervous system.
Restoring minerals.
Improving gut health.
Processing emotions.
Reducing the overall load on the body.

Healing at root cause rather than constantly chasing symptoms.❤️‍🩹

This journey has changed my life ✨

And it’s the reason I’ve spent the last year creating something I wish I’d had when I was at my worst.

A year ago, if someone had told me my skin would look like this today, I’m not sure I would have believed them 😒

I had gone from climbing mountains and living an incredibly active life to barely being able to use my hands, get dressed or function normally.

And whilst my skin was the symptom everyone could see, I knew there was something much deeper going on beneath the surface.

Like many people, I spent years looking for the thing that would fix me.

The right supplement.
The right cream.
The right practitioner.

But what I eventually realised was this:

The body doesn’t need another quick fix.

It needs the right environment to heal🤍

As I started to understand hydration, minerals, nervous system regulation, lymphatic drainage, detoxification and the importance of supporting the body in the right order, things began to change.

Not overnight.

But consistently.

And when I started seeing those changes for myself, I knew I wanted to share this information with as many people as possible💗

Because this isn’t just about skin.

It’s about energy.

It’s about digestion.

It’s about hormones.

It’s about inflammation.

It’s about helping the body return to balance so it can do what it was designed to do.

Heal.

That’s why I created The ReBalance Method.

A holistic framework that brings together everything I’ve learned as a practitioner, educator and patient on my own healing journey ❤️‍🩹

Because true healing isn’t just physical.

It’s physical, mental and emotional.

It’s understanding that stress matters.

Your mouth is one of the biggest windows into your overall health 👀🦷

Bleeding gums, inflammation, cavities, bad breath…these things don’t just happen randomly.

Oral health is deeply connected to the gut, immune system and overall internal environment 🧡

So here’s one of my favourite simple holistic oral health hacks ✨

🦷 10 drops clove bud essential oil
🥥 1 tbsp coconut oil

Clove bud oil is incredibly powerful -helping to fight bacteria linked to plaque build-up, cavities and gingivitis, whilst also being deeply anti-inflammatory for swollen, irritated gums 🤍

And coconut oil is naturally anti-fungal, antimicrobial and anti-bacterial too ✨

I mix them together, let it cool and apply to the gums before bed 🛌 😴

Simple. Affordable. Effective.

Holistic health doesn’t always have to be complicated or expensive -the smallest daily habits make the biggest difference 🙌

Because when we start supporting the body at root cause,
everything is connected 🤍

We’re not designed to live life at 100mph all the time…

But for so many of us, that’s become normal 🫣

Always busy
Always thinking
Always onto the next thing

And over time, the body feels that🫤

The nervous system stays stuck in a constant state of go
which can impact everything from our energy and sleep to digestion, hormones and overall wellbeing.

This is why spaces like this matter so much 🤍

A chance to slow down.
To breathe deeply.
To move gently.
To reconnect with ourselves and each other 🙏🏻💕

Last weekend was such a special day - holding space for a beautiful group of women through breathwork, movement, meditation, sound healing and release 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

I honestly loved every second of it and felt so grateful to be part of such a special celebration for the hen 💞

A reminder that rest isn’t lazy.
Slowing down isn’t weakness.

Sometimes it’s exactly what the body has been asking for all along 🫶🏻✨
