🌟GP Patient Survey 2026🌟

We’re delighted to share the results of this year’s GP Patient Survey.

A huge thank you to all of our patients who took the time to complete the survey.
Your comments help us recognise what’s working well and identify where we can continue to improve.

We’re incredibly proud that 95% of patients rated their overall experience of The Old Fire Station Surgery as good - the highest score among the Beverley practices, and higher than both the national and regional average.

The survey also showed very high levels of confidence and trust in our clinicians, with patients telling us they feel listened to, treated with care and concern, involved in decisions about their care, and that their needs are met.

General practice continues to face many challenges, and we know that accessing services can sometimes be frustrating. We remain committed to improving access while continuing to provide the high-quality, compassionate care our patients deserve.

Finally, we’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to our entire practice team. Every member of staff plays an important role in delivering care to our community, and these results reflect their dedication, professionalism and teamwork every single day ⭐️

Thank you for your continued support.
