🧘‍♀️ What a Beautiful Morning! | Armed Forces Wives' M.A.S.H. Sound Bath🪵✨

Thank you to all the incredible armed forces wives and partners who joined us by the water for our M.A.S.H. Morning Sound Bath!

It was truly the perfect, peaceful start to the day. Nestled together on the wooden jetty right by the lakeside, we couldn't have asked for a more calming backdrop to pause, breathe, and connect.

From the deep vibrations of the gong and the earthy tones of the handpan, to the gentle chime of the singing bowls and wind instruments, the soundscape combined beautifully with the natural rustle of the trees and gentle lakeside breeze. It was a much-needed opportunity to step away from the unique demands of military life, unwind, and just be in the company of a supportive community who truly understands the journey. 🙏🏻✨

The Flow of the Day
11:00 AM | Arrival & Welcome: Settle into the peaceful surroundings of the Nature Park with a warm herbal tea as we prepare our space.

11:15 AM | The Sound Journey (1 Hour): We begin in stillness. As a qualified Sound Practitioner, I will lead a professional sound bath to reset your nervous system. These therapeutic frequencies clear mental clutter and prepare the brain for a deep "creative flow" state.

12:15 PM | The Shared Picnic (30 Mins): A vital window to ground our energy after the sound work. We will gather for a "bring-a-plate" community picnic to nourish ourselves and connect before we pick up our hooks.

12:45 PM | The Crochet Masterclass (3 Hours): Unlock a lifetime skill with the "Crochet Gnome." With over 20 years of experience, your guide will teach you the art of the Traditional Granny Square—the foundational stitch that unlocks the door to hundreds of future projects.

3:45 PM | Tea, Snacks & Closing (15 Mins): A final moment to celebrate your progress over hot drinks, nuts, and biscuits before heading home with your complete toolkit.

Back from the winter sleep..., Wild Harmonics will be starting the new season with this beautiful event:

Join us on for our Sacred sounds deep rest and restoration event.

Enjoy a Sacred Circle Hawthorn tea ceremony, with sharing and journaling from Kitty Cuppa Kindness , followed by a chakra balancing meditation with Claire Luna Holistic Care infused with distance reiki.

We will then settle down for hands on reiki treatments whilst bathing in healing sound from me.

Join me for a journey into the heart of sound. We'll explore ancestral and improvised singing, guided by the rhythm of the shamanic drum and the drone of the shruti box.

We'll begin with playful vocal warm-ups, echoing and harmonizing together. As the evening unfolds, you'll be invited to discover your unique voice, singing in "tongues" without real words. We'll build layers of spontaneous harmonies and chants, creating a powerful, collective tapestry of sound.

Whether bathed in the glow of a fire or gathered in our sacred music room (if it's raining), you'll connect to the primal, wild expression of your voice. No experience is necessary—just an open heart.

*Weather permitting, we will watch the sunset by the river, and we hope to sing to it as it sets.

Practical Information

What to Wear: Please dress in warm, comfortable layers and bring waterproof clothing. Outdoor shoes are recommended as we are located in a rural setting.

What to Bring: A water bottle, a mug for a hot drink, and a camping chair or something comfortable to sit on. A head torch or flashlight will also be useful as there is no street lighting after dark.

Arrival: Please arrive on time, as the workshop will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Duration: The 1.5 hr is an estimate, we will finish around 6/ 6:30 PM depending where the singing takes us ;)

Floating into the weekend with a beautiful sound bath this morning. The sun gently filtered through the windows as we drifted on the warm water, taking in the beautiful views. It was a truly tranquil and perfect way to begin the day. Thank you to everyone who shared this peaceful moment with me. 🩵🌀
