⚠️ Zero Tolerance - Abusive & Aggressive Behaviour ⚠️

Unfortunately, whilst the vast majority of patients are friendly to our staff and appreciative of their hard work, we have seen too many cases recently of a small minority of patients being abusive to our teams. Our reception staff often bear the brunt of any intimidating behaviour.

This group of staff work tirelessly to support patients to access the care they need; they are an invaluable part of our workforce and should not be subjected to abuse. Any patients who are found to have been abusive can potentially be immediately removed from our patient list, which is not a step we wish to or should have to take.

Please treat our staff with respect at all times.

Thank you

📢 Important Update: My Health and Wellbeing Patient Portal

The My Health and Wellbeing Patient Portal will close from 4th August 2026 while a new and improved patient portal is being developed. 💻

If you currently use the portal to view your hospital appointments or clinic letters, please be aware that from 4th August:

📌 You will no longer be able to access the current portal.
📌 Hospital appointment letters and clinic correspondence will be sent by post instead.
📌 You may also be contacted by telephone where needed.

✅ Your care will not be affected, and you will continue to receive important information about your appointments.

A brand-new patient portal is expected to launch this autumn, and we’ll share more information as soon as it’s available. 🍂

Thank you for your patience and understanding. 💙

🔵🟢Today marks 10 years since the new Bewdley Medical Centre opened! 🟢🔵

During the construction, the medical centre joined with Bewdley Primary to decorate the boards surrounding the new site.

So to celebrate the anniversary we have joined forces with The Bewdley School to run a student art and photography competition, based on our beautiful town.

After shortlisting this to 50 entries, all went out to a vote from staff, our PPG and the mayor of Bewdley. From this a top 5 was picked for each category and we are pleased to share these winners with you.

We would like to give a huge thankyou to the brilliantly talented students and the support of the amazing art department who helped make this happen.

All 50 paintings and photographs will be on display on the 22nd September 2026 at St Georges Hall to celebrate the official opening date with more info to follow closer to the date.
