There's a special kind of quiet that falls over Elizabeth Court when the pencils come out. ๐ŸŽจ

From garden benches to favourite armchairs, our residents have made colouring one of the best-loved parts of the week and honestly, the focus is unmatched. Superheroes, mandalas, garden patterns... every page gets the same steady hand and full attention.
It's more than just a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Colouring helps keep hands and minds active, brings a bit of calm, and always ends with a little quiet pride once the picture comes together.

Flowers in their hair, ice lollies in hand, and not a care in the world. ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿฆ
June and Kath swapped their usual spot for a proper day out, and they made the most of every minute of it! From resting on sun-warmed steps under the old gateway, to wandering the garden pathways arm in arm, to sharing a laugh on a bench surrounded by dahlias in full bloom, the smiles never stopped.
The finishing touch? A well-earned ice lolly in the shade, because no outing is complete without a treat ๐Ÿ˜„
Days like these remind us how much joy a change of scenery, some sunshine, and good company can bring. Here's to many more adventures together!

With the 2026 World Cup just around the corner, our residents got their paintbrushes out and got creative, painting the flags of nations taking part! ๐ŸŒ
From Scotland's Saltire ๐Ÿด to England's St George's Cross ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ and beyond, every brushstroke brought a flag, and a country, to life.

Our amazing residents got busy with a Recycle Reuse Reduce word search ๐Ÿ” and then picked up their paintbrushes to create some truly beautiful artwork! ๐ŸŽจ
