My 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training is offered online and in person because we all have different needs.

Some people need to learn with others and want the connection of a group.

Some people aren’t able to travel to a studio, don’t have the time or can’t afford the additional cost.

Some people want to fit learning in easily alongside teaching. Others want a container that holds them fully.

And some want a bit of everything!

Whatever your needs, I’ve created a pathway to advanced teacher training that will work for you, so you can keep learning and growing as a yoga teacher. Because that’s what it’s all about!

Early bird price for the Sussex and online 300hr YTTs end in September. Are you ready to evolve with us?

I’m home after a dreamie week in my favourite place, with some of my favourite people 🥰

Before we went away I was completely exhausted. Life can be full on for all of us, and I knew I needed a break.

So, I whacked a little extra budget on my online advertising and then I switched off. In the mean time, I’ve had a few people sign up to my courses, responded to a hand full of of emails, and stopped caring if anyone replies - ghosting when you run your own business is an issue!

Returning home, I realise it’s not just the place, it’s the people that make it. Most of my close, close friends live far away, mainly in Cornwall. When I spend time with them I feel held, supported in a way I knew I needed.

I feel very grateful to have those people, and this view, in my life. Until next time Kernow 🌊

If you’re feeling the pull towards a deeper understanding of yoga, you don’t need to know any more! This is enough of a reason to take the next step…

So many people join my yoga teacher trainings because they just want to know more for themselves. They all end up loving teaching, but that’s not always the driving force behind training, and it doesn’t need to be.

Learning always opens our minds, shifts our perspective and transforms us. This is priceless.

Whether you want to learn with us in Sussex this winter, in your own time and pace or online with a little group support, my yoga teacher trainings have something for everyone.

Curious about taking the next step? Pop me a message to find out more!

In yoga we hear the phrase “holding space” a lot. We create environments and opportunities for our students to let go, relax, connect to themselves. It’s not just the movement of asana or flow of breath that does this, we facilitate it through our own presence.

But what about us? How do we get to that place ourselves where we feel calm, centred, able to support others?

In lots of other professions they have supervision, line managers, team meetings. But self employed yoga teachers often just have themselves. Sometimes they even have a sense of competition with other teachers, rather than peer support or collaboration.

So, as a yoga teacher, who holds space for you?

Something I’ve been working on with my 300hr yoga teacher training, my online classes for yoga teachers and my mentoring is creating this space. Somewhere teachers can come for a little guidance, reflection, just someone to bounce things off.

I really love this! The 300hr YTT has become a beautiful space for this too and I’m excited to continue this work/offering and expand it.

So if you’re a yoga teacher (brand new or seasoned!) and you want somewhere that holds you, come join us!

Sussex 300hr ytt starts in March.
Online 300hr ytt stars whenever you want!
Mentoring is also here for you, plus monthly classes with other teachers.

One of my online yoga teacher training students sent me a voice note last night. This is what she said…

“I left my job and I’m doing the yoga thing now - it’s a ‘thing’ and it’s going really well! I’m doing 4 different types of classes… I wanted to just thank you for playing a big part in that”

Being able to help people to follow their dreams, make a difference to their own lives and the lives of the people they teach is pretty special!

It’s proof that you can learn to teach yoga online and actually be confident enough to teach (with the right teacher!)

It’s also proof that you can quit the job and do the thing!

I’m so proud of Jade, she’s a bit of an inspiration ✨

This weekend on my 300 hour yoga teacher training we focused on nervous system regulation a lot, and so many aspects of yoga clicked for me. It feels relevant for life too though.

When exploring Polyvagal Theory we discussed how important co-regulation is in helping us to feel calm - this is when a regulated person helps to soothe the nervous system of someone who is dysregulated.

I know this as a mother and as a yoga teacher! It’s why sometimes these roles can be hard when we are stressed ourselves, and why it’s so important to have ways to look after ourselves; it’s impossible to be the calm in everyone else’s storm all the time!

But it’s also why being a yoga teacher is such a privilege and, for me anyway, it’s fundamental to the concept of ‘creating a safe space’. We make the environment that helps people to co-regulate through our energy, attitude and even through collective movement and breath.

It fascinated me how emphasis is placed on the power of relationships, whether this be with friends, partners, therapists, and even yoga teachers, who can help us to soothe just through interaction. My go-to these days is to phone a friend (I have a couple on speed dial!) and this knowledge just gave me permission.

Today’s world seems to teach us to be strong, independent, individualistic, to not “burden” others when they ask how we are... but we are hard wired to need community, to talk, share, soothe each other. And it’s not a weakness to need this sometimes - something I’m also learning to accept!

I really love the 300hr YTT because it’s a space for teachers to share and feel supported too - something that’s so lacking in the yoga world. If you want to join us, we start again in March!

I think I’m getting as much out of teaching my 300hr yoga teacher training as my students are in learning, and this feels magical. I had to bring my daughter yesterday morning and everyone was so welcoming and understanding. This is my reality, and being able to create work that accommodates my life is everything.

We’ve spent the weekend learning about nervous system regulation, had some amazing conversations, practiced yoga, somatics, mindfulness, talked some more. It’s reminded me how passionate I am about this work.

Throughout the weekend we’ve discussed how important safety and connection are in being able to regulate. As yoga teachers this is one of our roles - to connect and create safe spaces. Being honest, real and authentic is such a big part of this. Which is why it was almost perfect that I had to bring my daughter yesterday morning - it was real life!

There’s so much more I could say about this subject, that I’m sure I’ll find the words for at some point. For now I’m just grateful to be able to share this and call it my job 🙏

My next 300hr YTT starts next March and spaces are already filling up. If you’d like to explore yoga in more depth, learn, share, and grow as a teacher, get in touch for all the info ✨

Learn to teach yoga on your terms, with mentoring and support all the way.

My self paced / online yoga teacher training is unique in that you get 1:1 feedback, video analysis of teaching and mentoring throughout the course. You can study how and when you want, but you’re never just left to muddle through.

I know this option works better for some people, who otherwise simply could not do it. But I also know its potential limitations, which is why I go above and beyond to overcome them.

And if you sign up before the end of this week, I’m also including 2 months of mentoring upon completion of the course so that you can be fully supported as you get started with teaching. This is priceless!
