Who doesn't bloody well love a hug?!

We all need a hug from time time. You shouldn't really wait for a reason/excuse, just give some a hug (consensually).

Life can just feel a bit overwhelming at times - health, work, life-partners, kids, parents, death, moving house, other people, so many things...

Equally, life can feel great & exciting & you're happy with how it's progressing!

Either way, just have a hug. Share love.
