Wow, just wow, what an event we have had today, our summer fair was a huge hit, 👏

The sun shone 🌞 while Helen Ward-Jackson sang and entertained us, we had games and stalls for everyones taste, Aimee Lawrance Rocky's S&J Creations (other stalls please tag yourselves)

SMX Medical Ltd came with their ambulance and showed people the equipment that they use,

Our sponsors who we are very grateful for, Heringtons Solicitors were able to give advice and information to anyone who wanted it,

Our chef 👩‍🍳ran the BBQ🍔, and most importantly our residents and family had a great time, we even had a visit from a friendly dinosaur 🦖

Today we had the The KilKenny Crew in, to entertain us, entertain is the word we are going to use for their antics this afternoon 😂😂

Ben and Richard came in and chatted about who they are and what they do, both come from military backrounds and have different stories to tell,🪖🎖

They produce a show on Radio DGH on a thursday afternoon 4 till 6, both Ben and Richard feel that doing the show, helps them with their mental health and find it helps them relax, 📻

Ben also helped teach our activities co-ordinator Alex how to use the radio equipment, so that he can have his own show, friday evenings 6 till 8, 🎙

Today we were at Hastings Ambulance service, 🚑

We like to show our appreciation to our amazing emergency services by give littlest treats, so today we gave some drinks, snacks and pens 🖊

Thank you to all our key workers, your hard work and dedication is always appreciated 👏 and needed by us all,

If any key worker is passing our home and you fancy a coffee ☕️ slice of cake 🎂 or just a break, pop in and feel free to use our safe space to recharge yourself

July's friend of Grosvenor Park is Adela, 🎊

Everyone who has been in to Grosvenor Park has tried one of Adela's cakes, she is always happy and friendly,

All the staff and residents love to have a coffee and cake provided by Adela, it is now a prominent part of the day. 🎂 ☕️
