People often assume that because I'm a physio, I do everything perfectly.
I don't.
I still miss runs.
I still have days where I can't be bothered to strength train.
I still wonder if I'm eating the right things.
But over the years, I've learned that the biggest gains come from consistency rather than perfection.
As both a runner and a women's health physio, these are the habits that have made the biggest difference for me.
