Create the perfect ambience for your massage at home..

Please make sure to have your own towels available for me as I’ll need these for making the bed & in treatment, Im unable to provide any due to covid.

Take a nice long shower or warm bath before your treatment so you are clean & your muscles are nice and relaxed.

Make sure the temperature of your home is suitable for yourself. I don’t want you feeling cold or too hot during your treatment.

Feel free to light a candle or play some music of your choice to create your perfect atmosphere.

Pyjamas loungewear or robe is always welcomed there’s no better feeling then slipping into this attire after your massage.

Turn your phone off or put it on silent so there’s no distractions.

& relax!!!
