Classes are recommencing from Monday 7 September - don't miss out....get booking for courses to save your place on the 6 week courses.

Booking a course encourages commitment. You know your space is paid. You are accountable to yourself to show up for your health. I sometimes chase up non-attendees, not to make you feel guilty but to keep you invested in building a habit that serves you well.

Classes are set dates - again, important to attend classes because if they are missed they are not replaced.

To book a spot in a class you have to go out out to attend. This helps you view it as an appointment that cannot be missed. Sometimes online classes are the virtual equivalent of the dust collecting VHS workouts of the 1980s/90s that never got used 🫣

Community classes are a point of social contact - this in itself possitively effects mental health.

Having said that, sometimes life is life-ing & a course is impossible. I also offer drop in sessions that become available for booking 48hrs before the class start time.

*No Weds eve Yoga next week*

Please let me know if you have issues booking. Some have found they have needed to delete and reinstall their App due to the new payment system that I told you about in my email 🙄

Alternatively, use www.nikki-brooks.com that will take you to the internet browser login.

I will be asking for the hall for any classes with 6 or more attendees booked in this evening. However, this is the Monday numbers so far:

Mon 10am Pilates: Currently 3 booked

Mon 11.15am Yoga:
Currently 2 booked

Mon 6pm Pilates:
Currently 4 booked

*Remember that bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstance other than cancellation due to lack of numbers*

Last call for Monday Pilates:
10am
6pm
St Andrews Church Hall

A minimum of 6 attendees are needed for the class to run. Booking will stay open until 9pm this evening - if numbers are still too low at that time the Pilates classes won't be on I'm afraid.
