Spring truly sprung with this group! What a wonderful bunch to spend a few weekends with learning everything from signs of labour, birth partner support, biomechanics, c-sections, postnatal recovery, infant feeding & navigating life with a newborn. And to boot, the first group baby was born the day after our last session!
