If you - or someone you know - are struggling to use the NHS App, or haven't used it before, or just want a few pointers, come down to the digital cafe where our helpful and friendly volunteers can help you.

We hold these every 3rd Friday of the month. Please spread the word and let those people who may be struggling to use it, or just want to know how to use it, know.

Here is some information on local pharmacy opening during Easter.

DISPENSARY CLOSED AFTERNOON OF TUESDAY 31st MARCH 2026

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are having to close our Dispensary on the afternoon of Tuesday 31st March, from 1.00pm.

This means that we will be unable to issue prescriptions, and you will be unable to collect any medication during this time. We will also not be able to return any phone messages you leave us until we re-open the next day.

The dispensary is open as normal in the morning, and will close at 1.00pm.

It will reopen the next day, Wednesday 1st April, as normal at 8.30am.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

PROBLEM WITH OUR CLINICAL SYSTEM - Monday 23.03.2026

We are currently having problems with our clinical system, meaning we cannot access your clinical records, make appointments or issue prescriptions.

This is a system issue that is affecting users across the country.

Our national clinical system team are working on a fix and hope to have it back up and running for us as soon as possible, but in the mean time this means we may not be able to offer you the service that you expect when you contact us.
