💫Try for free for 7 days During a crazy period of working in the corporate world, running marathons and taking part in Ironman triathlons, I found yoga; a practice that totally transformed my life. I practised for several years bef

ore training and qualifying in 2014 and it was then that I left the corporate world, went travelling for six months and started teaching yoga full time. Since then, I have completed multiple advanced teacher trainings and have continued to develop my teaching skill and knowledge, training with world-renowned teachers in styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Pregnancy, Postnatal and Breathing. Having experienced the impact that yoga has had on my own wellbeing, my mission is to make yoga feel less intimidating and more accessible to everyone, regardless of whether or not they can touch their toes, so that the benefits of yoga can be felt by all. I launched my on-demand class platform and app in 2020 and I now teach through a combination of live and on-demand classes and courses. I know that yoga works best when done regularly and consistently, so I help people to become confident and skillful at doing yoga so that they can make it part of their everyday life in a way that works for them.

A programme feels different.
There’s repetition with purpose.
Progression built in.
Time for your body to learn, adapt and get stronger.

And gradually you notice it….
Less wobble in your balance.
More control in your transitions.
A foot stepping forward more easily from downward dog.
Less stiffness when you get out of bed.

One class can make you feel good. A practice with direction gives your body somewhere to go.

Most of my new members start with either:

➝ Yoga for Beginners programme if they are new to yoga, or
➝ 30-day Power & Ease programme if they are returning after a break, or
➝ Daily live classes every weekday morning for a consistent rhythm (live or via replay).

If you’re over doing random yoga and ready to start building a practice that progresses you, send me a DM xx

By the time you’ve thought about work, family, meals, holidays, appointments and everyone else’s needs, the last thing you need is another decision.

Yoga shouldn’t begin with: Which class should I do today?

That’s why I don’t just create classes. I create pathways.

- A live class every weekday - live or via replay - all you do is press play on today’s class

-Structured programmes targeting what your body needs

-DM contact with me for support

You simply keep moving forwards, feeling your body grow stronger, steadier and more confident along the way.

Sometimes the greatest gift isn’t having more choice. It’s having one clear path to follow.

“I have never enjoyed yoga like I am now.”

This message stayed with me.

Because it challenges the idea that getting older means accepting a body that feels stiffer, weaker or less capable.

Time and again, I watch midlife women discover that this chapter of life can be one where they feel stronger, steadier and more confident than they’ve felt in years.

Not by pushing harder.

By following a practice that meets them where they are and helps them keep moving forwards.

For years, I think we’ve been told the answer is more discipline.

But reading through messages from my members recently, I noticed something different.

Almost none of them talk about willpower.

Instead they say things like:
“I have never enjoyed yoga like I am now.”
“I look forward to every session.”
“It’s becoming one of the best parts of my day.”
“I actually don’t want it to end.”

That really made me stop and think.

Because perhaps consistency isn’t something we force.

Perhaps it grows naturally when we find a practice that feels good to come back to.

One that challenges us without overwhelming us.

One that helps us notice we’re getting stronger, steadier and more confident.

One where every class builds on the last, so we can feel ourselves progressing.

When you enjoy something, you stop asking yourself whether you should do it today.

You simply roll out your mat.

And I think that’s a much kinder, and ultimately much more sustainable, way to build a lifelong yoga practice.

Snaps and thoughts from Greece 🇬🇷 ⛵️ where pistachio ice cream is being consumed more than I’d like to admit.

And if you’ve been craving more structure, more progress and a way to make yoga part of your life, I think you’ll feel right at home here 💛

One day, your strength, mobility and balance won’t just be things you work on during yoga.

They’ll be the reason you confidently climb the hill to see the view.

Carry your paddleboard into the water.

Step onto a boat without hesitation.

Lift a grandchild.

Travel somewhere new.

Get down onto the floor and back up again without giving it a second thought.

We often think of strength, mobility and balance as things we’re trying to improve.

But really, they’re what give us the freedom to keep saying yes to the life we want to live.

That’s why I don’t teach yoga just to help you touch your toes or master a particular pose.

I teach it because I want you to feel capable in your everyday life.

To trust your body.

To move with confidence.

To know that you’re investing in the version of yourself you’ll be grateful for in years to come.

Because one day, your strength, mobility and balance won’t just be something you’ve built.

They’ll be one of your greatest freedoms.

With love from Greece 🇬🇷 🧡

Thoughts whilst sailing around Greece 🇬🇷 ⛵️👇🏻

When you step onto your mat with me, I don’t just want you to enjoy today’s class.

Of course I want you to feel less stiff, release tension and leave your mat feeling stronger, calmer and more at ease in your body.

But I also want you to feel yourself progressing.

I want you to notice that stepping your foot forward feels easier than it did a few weeks ago.

That your balance feels steadier.

That small adjustments begin to make sense because you’re learning how your body moves.

Those moments matter because progress is motivating.

When you can feel yourself improving, yoga stops being something you keep meaning to do and becomes something you genuinely want to come back to.

That’s why every programme inside FWY has a purpose.

Nothing is random.

Each class builds on the last, giving your body the opportunity to learn, adapt and grow in confidence over time.

For me, that’s what great teaching is about.

Not simply helping you feel good today, but helping you build a body you trust for all the adventures still to come.

Six days so far on the boat, and yoga is happening whenever we are on land 🌊🚤🇬🇷

I used to think yoga was something you did. A class ✔️

Something to fit into the week if there was time.

Somewhere along the way (a long time ago) it became something different. It became part of my life.

Now, when I go away, I don’t pack my mat because I feel I should. I pack it because I know how good those ten or twenty quiet minutes will make me feel.

Before the day begins. Before the adventures start.

And I think that’s what so many women in midlife are really looking for.

Not the perfect routine. Just a little space to reconnect with themselves, wherever they are.

Because when yoga becomes part of your life… it doesn’t stay at home when you go on holiday 💛

“I look forward to every session.”
“The 7am class makes getting up easy.”
“I even did it on holiday because I enjoy it so much.”

Messages like these land in my inbox again and again.

And honestly, I think they all point to the same thing.

I think this is what so many women in midlife hope yoga will become…

Not another thing you have to persuade yourself to do.
Not another habit that relies on willpower.

Just a part of your day that you genuinely look forward to because you already know how good you’re going to feel afterwards.

My goal has never been to help women squeeze more yoga into their lives.

It’s to create a practice that fits their lives so naturally, they want to keep coming back.

Because when your practice feels good to return to...
consistency stops being something you chase.

It becomes part of who you are xx
