A totally beautiful evening spent with people I love, surrounded by people, all brought together by the same thing - wonder and the excitement of sharing something truly magical and historic. 🌍✨

Thank you to my husband for his excellent forward planning and buying eclipse glasses! 😂🙌🏼

It didn’t go dark for us with the naked eye, but I’m SO glad we had the glasses and got to watch every moment, from start to finish, through them. What an incredible thing to see. 🌑✨

The world can feel very big… and yet, sometimes, we’re all just standing together, looking at the same sky. ❤️

The summer holiday Mumma juggle is in FULL swing…but yesterday we managed a lovely family day! 💗

We headed to National Trust Knightshayes - beautiful National Trust house near Tiverton, and wow wee…what a place! 😍🌿

The house, the gardens, the views…absolutely stunning. And the history is fascinating - especially the story that connects this beautiful estate to our own neighbouring area of Westward Ho! 💙🌊

Then onto one of our family favourites, The Lost Kitchen right next door, for dinner. 🍕✨

As a family living with serious food allergies, eating out always needs a little planning and, more importantly, understanding from the restaurant team.

A HUGE shout out to the lovely team at The Lost Kitchen for being so helpful and working with us to find a solution for our daughter, so she could enjoy a yummy pizza too! 🥰🍕

And as if the food wasn’t enough… the setting is pretty awesome too! 🌿✨

Highly recommend both for a lovely family day out! 💗
