🚨 We've invested in some new strength testing kit at Trust PHYSIO 🚨

Recovery shouldn't be guesswork.

That's why we've introduced a new digital dynamometer – advanced technology that gives real-time, objective measurements of muscle strength.

But here's the important part...

It's not about the gadget.

It's about YOU.

βœ”οΈ Knowing exactly where you're starting
βœ”οΈ Seeing your progress in black and white
βœ”οΈ Building a rehab plan based on data, not assumptions
βœ”οΈ Getting stronger with confidence

Let’s avoid a sheet of 10 exercises and hoping for the best.

Let's be honest – life gets busy.

The best rehab plans aren't the longest.

They're the ones you actually do.

That's why we focus on simple, bite-sized exercise programmes designed to fit into real life. Because consistency gets results.

Now, with our new strength testing technology, you'll be able to see the results of that consistency every step of the way.

At Trust PHYSIO, we're continually investing in the latest technology because we're invested in one thing:

Your recovery.

πŸ’ͺ Your rehab just got a scoreboard.

It’s been a really positive week at Trust Physio β€” combining new learning from the Running Repairs course with some very kind 5-star patient reviews.

I’ve recently come back from the Running Repairs course, and it’s been great to bring some of those key ideas straight into clinic practice β€” especially when working with people with running-related and activity-based injuries.

Alongside that, I’ve also received some incredibly kind 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews this week, which I’m really grateful for. It’s always meaningful to know people feel listened to and supported during their care.

Really lucky to have access to a gym onsite β€” makes rehab like this so much more meaningful.

Putting new learning into practice and seeing positive feedback from patients has made it a really satisfying week.

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to leave a review β€” I really appreciate it.

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Runner struggling with pain or injury?

Don't let an injury keep you off the roads longer than it needs to.

I’ve just completed the Running Repairs course with Tom Goom, RunningPhysio, learning the latest evidence-based approaches to assessing and treating running injuries.

Whether it's knee pain, Achilles pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, or a ni**le that's been hanging around for months, physiotherapy can help you understand the cause and build a plan to KEEP you running (most often the preferred option) or get you back to running with confidence.

Too many runners wait until the pain becomes unbearable or stop running completely when the right guidance could get them moving sooner.

If pain is affecting your running, get in touch.

πŸ“© Message me today and let's get you back on the road to recovery.

One of the most interesting findings from a large long-term study:

People who did around 1–2.5 hours of strength training per week tended to have lower rates of premature death, cardiovascular disease, and cancer than those who did none.

The lowest risk was seen in people who combined strength training with regular aerobic exercise.

You don't need to spend hours in the gym. A couple of strength sessions each week, alongside regular walking, cycling, running, swimming, or other aerobic activity, may go a long way for long-term health.

Small, consistent habits matter more than perfection.

Off to the Running Repairs 2-day course this weekend and genuinely really looking forward to it.

Two full days of happily being a bit of a geek, learning from the brilliant Tom Goom and diving into the stuff that really matters when it comes to helping runners stay healthy and keep doing what they love.

Very grateful for the chance to step back, learn, and sharpen my thinking. Brain ready, notebook packed β€” see you on the other side πŸ‘ŸπŸ“š
