Have you had the pleasure of meeting our wonderful Customer Relationship Manager, Laura Seaton? 👋
Laura joined the Hallmark Anisha Grange family 10 weeks ago and has already become a familiar and friendly face around our home.
With several years of experience in Relationship Management, Laura previously worked in a corporate environment before making the move into care. Looking back, she says it was the best decision she has ever made.

As Customer Relations Manager, Laura's role goes far beyond managing enquiries. She is here to guide and support individuals and families through the journey of choosing the right care home, helping them make informed decisions during what can often be an emotional and challenging time.
Laura is also passionate about promoting everything that makes Anisha Grange so special. Whether she's engaging with the local community, welcoming visitors to our home, organising events, or keeping our social media pages updated with all the wonderful things happening here, she's always proud to showcase life at Anisha Grange.
When she's not at work, Laura loves spending quality time with her boys, family, and friends. She's also a keen baker, although she's the first to admit she's "definitely no Mary Berry!" 🍰😊
