Your First Session at The Physiotherapy Doc will Always be a Comprehensive Assessment with one of our Therapists.

In an initial assessment we will sit down and have a chat about your symptoms and gather some information to put on your file.

We will then get you up and look at some movements and funny tests (make sure you wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for this) then we will give a diagnosis as to what’s going on.
This is the most important bit!

We will then hopefully have some time to do some treatment specific to your area (which is why our sessions are an hour long) we may give you some exercises to go home with (we love a little bit of homework) and rebook if necessary according to your diagnosis.
