✨ Supporting local businesses is one of my favourite things to do. ✨

What started as a nail appointment at Gloss Nails Sleaford Nail Room has become so much more. 💅🏼

As a small business owner myself, I know how much it means when people choose to support you. That’s why I love supporting the businesses that support mine. Over time, many clients become friends, and appointments become something I genuinely look forward to.

A little pamper, an oat coffee, plenty of chat, a few laughs (usually a lot 😆), and an hour where the world slows down for a bit. Honestly, it’s all the therapy I need.

Small businesses aren’t just about the service they provide they’re about the people, the connections and the community they create. ❤️

Two of the techniques I often combine are Dry Needling and Cupping Therapy, working together to target pain, tension and movement restrictions from different angles.

😡 Just to make something very clear… 😡

This week alone I’ve received multiple inappropriate calls and WhatsApp messages from men asking for “different kinds” of massage services. Requests for naked massages, “happy endings” or anything sexual will NEVER be accepted here.

Body Performance Therapy is a professional sports massage business - not a sexual service.

I have over 15 years of experience in the industry and have worked incredibly hard to build a respected, professional business based on knowledge, treatment quality and client care. At no point have I ever marketed myself or my business in any way other than professional sports and remedial massage therapy.

So waking up to repeated missed calls, late-night messages and disgusting requests is unacceptable and honestly something I shouldn’t even have to address.

Every client is treated with professionalism and respect, and I expect exactly the same in return.

If you are looking for genuine sports massage, injury treatment, recovery work or professional therapy, you are very welcome here. If you are looking for anything else, do not contact me.

Soft play is NOT for the weak 😂

Crawling through tunnels that were definitely not designed for adults, twisting into positions I’d normally charge for, and being told “no mummy, like THIS” by my tiny (very bossy) 2 year old supervisor…

Honestly, no wonder so many of my lovely clients pick up niggles after a soft play session 😅

If you’ve pulled something mid-slide, tweaked your back in a ball pit, or just feel like your body’s been through a workout you didn’t sign up for… I’ve got you 💆‍♀️

Now I just need someone to book me in after today…
