💬 For urgent mental health support, call 111 and choose the mental health option. People in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven can also call First Response on 0800 952 1181.

🚨 In a serious or life-threatening emergency, always call 999.

Come along to our FREE NHS Health Check at Bradford West Wellbeing Hub. It’s a great opportunity to have a quick check of your health and get friendly advice to help you stay well.

The check is available for any adults aged 25–74 years and includes:
🩺 Blood pressure check
⚖️ BMI – height & weight

Healthwatch England has been looking at people’s experiences of NHS 111. People value it as an alternative way to get advice, but long waits and delays can be frustrating, and being passed between services can leave people unsure about who is responsible for their care.
