29/07/20026 ~It’s been three years since My Midwife Madelaine was born — a launch party filled with my colours, my logo, and many people who believed in me enough to wear it proudly and cheered for me. 🥹
After qualifying in midwifery 24 years ago and working ever since in hospital and private settings, these three years of independence have brought me the deepest joy. Thank you for choosing care that honours women, honours birth, and honours the journey. "Your love built this. Your trust keeps it growing.” Much love, Madelaine 🫶🏻

This recognition isn’t just about me. It’s about informed choice, respectful care, and the truth that mothers matter just as much as babies.

✨ Welcome to the world, beautiful little girl ✨

In the peaceful early hours of this morning, a beautiful baby girl arrived safely at home, surrounded by love, calm, and the comforting familiarity of her own environment.

Birth unfolded gently and instinctively, with her family by her side and a quiet confidence filling the room. There was no rush, no interruption, just a mother trusting her body, a baby finding her way, and a space filled with love.

It was an absolute privilege to support this family alongside the wonderful My Midwife Madelaine. Working together as two experienced and skilled midwives, we know each other well, trust each other’s judgement completely, and work seamlessly as a team to provide safe, compassionate, personalised care throughout labour and birth.

There is something incredibly special about welcoming a baby into the world at home. The atmosphere is often calm, familiar, and deeply personal, allowing families to focus entirely on meeting their newest addition.

Welcome to the world, little one. Your arrival was beautiful, and you are already so very loved. 🤍
