The next Reiki and Meditation evening will be on Saturday 4th July 7pm at Wirral Wellness Centre on Price street.

Yoga mat, blanket and eye mask provided. If you need a chair then please let me know.

This is an evening of healing and relaxation. Get yourself comfortable and listen to the meditation, whilst distance Reiki healing flows through you. I will be going around practicing hands on Reiki healing as well.
At the end you will have time to share anything you wish to, journal, pull a card and pick a piece of inspiration from the box. I also go around each of you individually to check in.

This beautiful event is the highlight of my month and I would love it if you could join me ✨💕✨

I'm so excited to host my Reiki and Meditation night at this Saturday.

Come along and relax, recharge and receive a blend of hands on and distance, Reiki energy. I prerecord my own intuitive meditation so you can listen whilst I can concentrate on being the channel for your healing 🙌🏻💖✨

Our bodies do the most healing when they are relaxed. So bring whatever you need to get comfy.

A mat, blanket and eye mask are provided, but feel free to bring your own pillow and blankets to get extra snug. If you are not able to lie or sit on the floor, that's no problem, just let me know in advance and I'll have one of my comfy extra wide recliners ready for you.

Not very good at meditation? Don't worry, bring a notebook and that way anything that pops into your head, write it down and let it go. Once it's out of your head, you'll find it's easier to switch off.

This evening is all about you! I look forward to having you join us ✨💗✨

Meet Monty 🐶🐾

Monty is my friendly little Cavapoo and loves to meet new people. If anyone has ever been to one of meditation nights, you can usually hear him somewhere in the background of my recordings 😂
He gets excited and loves it when visitors come for a treatment,especially as it usually means more attention for him! So when you come to my healing space for a treatment you'll most certainly get a Monty cuddle 🤗

A FEW LITTLE FACTS ABOUT MONTY:
🐶 His full name is Monty Dave Fluffybutt Gallagher
🐶 He is 4 years old
🐶 He likes to sit on the windowsill when I'm out, watching the world go by.....and protect the house from potential intruders
🐶The first few times he felt sand he wouldn't walk on it and wanted to be picked up like a baby.
🐶 He loves bellyrubs and running away with socks
🐶 He loves his teddies and when my youngest son Toby, stays at his Dad's, he carries a little fox teddy around as a substitute for Toby.
🐶 He can be a bit naughty and likes to "claim" the boys footballs, if left in the garden and not out away, by weeing on them 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Embracing the serpent energy of the Munay ki tonight with our "Return to the Womb room" circle.
We went over passing on the 13th Rite ( on Friday 13th — love that!) and had a practice. Then a guided meditation connecting us to Great Serpent, Sachamama, and her medicine.

I am absolutely shattered and ready for a much needed sleep, but feeling very grateful to the beautiful women who joined me tonight. ❤️🐍✨
