I’d rather come home the same colour I went. ☀️🤍 A tan fades. Sun damage doesn’t.

I wear SPF 50 every day because I’m protecting the skin I’ll be living in for decades—not just today.

For me, sunscreen isn’t about avoiding the sun; it’s about enjoying it responsibly. I’d much rather come home the same colour I left than chase a tan that increases my risk of pigmentation, premature ageing, and skin cancer. Plus fake tan is great!

SPF 50, shade when I can, sunglasses, hats, and covering up are all part of how I look after my skin.

Future me will thank present me. And 50 year old me is not looking too bad because of this.
