Three beautiful days of holding space, sharing sound healing and guiding meditation
for Danielle’s students at North West Training College. ✨

What an incredible experience it has been to introduce future therapists to the power of sound, stillness and deep relaxation.

Watching everyone completely let go, slow their minds and reconnect with themselves reminded me why I love this work so much. Sound has a beautiful way of reaching places that words simply can’t.

I’m feeling incredibly grateful to Danielle for trusting me with her students and giving me the opportunity to be part of their journey. It was an honour to share crystal singing bowls, chimes, meditation and healing frequencies with such a wonderful group.

Thank you to every student who embraced the experience with an open heart. I hope you all left feeling lighter, calmer and inspired to carry these moments of peace into your own practice and everyday lives.
