make some (slightly chaotic) sensory bottles with us 😅✨

my 4 year old Vinnie was desperate to get involved with this (I knew babies were not going to be touching the insides of the bottles so I let him get stuck in) 🤣

these are so simple to recreate at home and will keep your baby occupied for ages!

As this was for my Ibiza baby class, we used glitter, rice & shells but you can also use dry pasta, lentils, chunky buttons or beads (bigger than your babies mouth due to choking hazard risk)

P.S …we didn’t fill these to the top as I ran out of rice & most ended up on the floor 🙃

- always supervise your baby when using this
- use a screw top bottle if possible & if you want to be extra secure use glue to secure it tight
- check bottle regularly for damage or holes
- avoid using small parts that a baby could fit into their mouth (in my class due to the number of families accessing etc I risk assessed for my own work)

Ibiza Baby… you were pure magic! 📸🍒🌴🪩

Yesterday was full of sunshine, good vibes and the best energy ✌🏻💕 A huge thank you to every mama (and dad!) who came along and made it so special… you brought the Ibiza vibes with you!

Babies had the chance to explore lots of natural treasures including shells, starfish, driftwood, coconuts and sponges, alongside sandy sensory play, rice play, a beachy ball pit and musical instruments ✨

Baby Club “Pacha” may not have been quite as planned (time definitely got the better of me 🙈🥲), but in true clubber style you guys brought the atmosphere… the music was quite literally banging at times (sorry Family Living Midlands 🤭💕)

My butterfly brollies were a surprise favourite, so they might be getting a little Momchella makeover 👀👌🏼✨

A huge shoutout to Birmingham & Surrounding Balloon Artist | Softplay Hire 🤍 for another incredible balloon setup… it was giving 😍 and this is just the warm up… wait until you see what we have planned for Momchella 😮‍💨

It was so lovely welcoming new families yesterday 🥰 I hope you enjoyed your session and got a little glimpse into what I create here - my classes are so much more than just cute Instagram pics 😉 Yes, there’s sensory play and I really take pride in providing beautiful experiences for you all to explore, but the heart of my work is about supporting maternal mental health.

Baby Club is a space to get out of the house, build your confidence, chat to someone who understands, make new friendships and make some lovely memories with your baby 💕

I can’t believe my final summer event is only 2 weeks away 😳 Then I’ll be taking a little break before we’re back in September 💕
