Movement that isn't performative or with any goal or outcome attributed is the backbone and foundation to all of our retreats. Yoga.

Freeing what your body is holding through movement.
Emotions, physical tension, layered stress. Stuff you have no awareness of.
Often what the mind suppresses and in turn, the body holds.

Imagine being so present in movement and how you and your body feel it starts to slow your thoughts.
That's how you create and experience pure PRESENCE.

A lot of our retreat family haven't practiced yoga before or it's a sporadic practice so please don't let this be a barrier for you from experiencing what our retreats encourage and provide.

We guide different styles of yoga to support you all.

I've been a little quiet over here.

Not because there's nothing happening.
Quite the opposite.

With Sole Wellness approaching its third birthday (how!?!) I've been taking a little time to listen, reflect, rethink/feel and make space for what's next.

And I'm realising more and more that what I want to create isn't simply about retreats or yoga.
That has always been the foundation.

It's about how we FEEL.
That extends well past your time on retreat.

The spaces we create.
The rituals we return to.
The people we bring together.
The experiences we remember.

There's lots happening quietly behind the scenes... and I'm really excited to start sharing it with you as we step into Autumn.

Here's to the next chapter of even more magic

No two retreats are the same.
Unique experiences.
Pausing time to be as present as possible.

70% of our guests this year have re-retreated with us, different versions of themselves each time.

We are dreaming up even more magic for this Octobers retreats.

Smaller groups,
The ocean on our doorstep,
Private villas and chef,
Different modalities to experiment with,
Our favourite practitioners on the island.

Here's some camera roll favourites from the last three years of incredible moments and souls.
