This is my granddaughter.

She didn't come to the gym for a workout. She came because this is where her family is. This is what she sees. This is what she's growing up knowing is normal.

Strong women. Hard work. Showing up.

We talk a lot about female role models but the truth is they're built in moments like this, not on magazine covers, not in filtered highlight reels. In gyms. In communities. In the everyday.

There is so much negative media telling young girls and women what they should look like, how they should feel, what they're capable of.

We're here to say something different.
