The poll is done… and you made the choice 👀

To celebrate 6 years of .sports.massage , I’m giving away the treatment you voted for:

A Full Body MOT — 120 minutes, worth £120.

This is one of the most structured sessions I offer. It’s designed for when your body feels like everything has built up at once — tight back, heavy legs, stiff neck, training load, desk posture, stress, the lot.

It’s not just “lie down and hope for the best”.

The Full Body MOT is a more assessment-led session where I look at how your body is presenting on the day and tailor the treatment around what you actually need.

So, who wants it?

Thank you to everyone who has booked, reviewed, recommended, reposted, sent friends my way, or trusted me with their body over the last 6 years. It genuinely means a lot 🖤💪🏼

Sports massage isn’t guesswork, and it’s not about chasing temporary relief.

It’s structured, targeted work based on how your body actually moves, where it’s taking load, and what’s starting to break down.

Over time, patterns show up — tightness, restriction, compensation. Most people ignore it until something gives.

Sessions aren’t rushed and they’re not random. Each one is built to address the cause, not just the symptom — which is why my clients don’t just leave feeling better, they move better, train more consistently, and deal with fewer recurring issues.

Better range.
More control.
Faster recovery between sessions.

My clients stay ahead of it. What are you waiting for? 🖤💪🏼

17 of my clients are running London this weekend — and I’m genuinely proud of every single one of them.

Months of training, early mornings, long runs… it all comes down to this.

That takes discipline. Most people won’t ever experience it.

But what doesn’t get spoken about enough is what happens to the legs after.

Heavy quads.
Tight calves.
That ‘dead’ feeling the next day.

That’s not just fatigue — that’s load that needs dealing with properly.

If you’re running this weekend, good luck — you’ve earned it.

I’ll be busy next week.

Most people come in thinking it’s just their back 🥸

Then we start working and suddenly it’s:
mid back ☠️ traps ☠️ neck
all having their own little crisis.

60 mins?
Great session. We can ease things off, target the main issue and get you moving better.

90 mins?
That’s where we can properly work through everything without rushing or skipping areas — so if it’s more than one area, 90 is usually the better shout.

It’s not about going harder…
it’s about having enough time to do the job properly 💪🏼🖤

Most shoulder tension isn’t just about the shoulder.

What I see a lot is the smaller stabilisers —
rotator cuff, rear delts, upper back — working overtime.

Their job is to control the joint, not carry load all day.
But with long hours sitting, poor positioning, and training on top of that, they end up doing both.

That’s when it turns into that familiar pattern —
tight across the top of the shoulder, pulling into the neck, sometimes even down the arm.

Stretching it might ease it briefly,
but if those muscles are constantly overworking, it doesn’t hold.

Treatment here isn’t just about pressure.
It’s about reducing that load and restoring how the joint actually moves 🖤💪🏼

Now go and enjoy your 🍻

Lower back pain is rarely just a “back” issue 💪🏼

The QL (quadratus lumborum) is one of the most common areas I treat — especially in people who train, sit a lot, or do both.

It tightens because it’s working overtime.

When the posterior chain isn’t supporting you properly — glutes, deep core, spinal stabilisers — the QL takes on more than it should.

That’s when you start to feel it:
stiffness, restriction, or that constant tightness that never fully goes away.

Sports massage plays a specific role here.

Not just to release tension, but to reduce overload, improve tissue quality, and restore how that area moves and functions.

Done properly, it creates the conditions for strength and stability to actually improve.

💥 💥

If your lower back keeps tightening up, there’s usually a reason for it.

Treat the tension.
Build the support. Let’s gooo 🖤💪🏼

Not all massage is the same.

Some of it just moves things around. Feels good. Then it’s back again.

Same spot. Same tightness. Because nothing actually changed.

This is different. I don’t chase symptoms. I work on what’s actually driving it.

That’s why it doesn’t just feel better. It starts to change.

Go get it beast 🖤💪🏼

You can keep stretching it.
You can keep rolling it.
You can keep hoping it goes away.

Or you can deal with it properly. Because tightness that keeps coming back isn’t random.
It’s something your body hasn’t resolved yet.

That’s where I come in.
I know what to look for.
I know where the real issue usually sits. And I work on it until it actually changes.

I’m not here for temporary relief. I’m here for results.

Lots of love 🖤💪🏼
