Inclusive Next Steps Here at Inclusive Next Steps we believe in the importance of outlets for neurodivergent individuals aged from 18-40 years old.

We provide social opportunities to lower the chance of loneliness and provide further opportunities within their community.

We are so excited to announce our Friday Cafe in collaboration with Ordinary Magic

If you are looking for a fun, safe, and supportive place to hang out on Fridays, then why not come along to our Café?

The session is aimed at 15-25 year olds with SEND to come along and socialise, relax, and make friends!

Whether you want to dive into board games, develop your skills, get creative with arts and crafts, or just chill out with your peers, there’s something for everyone.

With clear activity zones, sensory-friendly spaces, and plenty of free refreshments, you can engage at your own pace and build lasting friendships in a warm, welcoming community.

We are hosting a SEND Sports Festival on Friday 12th June at Nechalls Leisure Centre! Aimed at young people from 8-19 years with SEND, the event is completely free.

It will be a great opportunity to make new friends and try out some new sporting activities.

We are happy to announce we are hosting four amazing Easter HAF events for children with SEND, including those who are awaiting their diagnosis. All activities are completely free for those who are eligible for free school meals.

Thursday 31st March: Squash and multi-sports at Chelmsley Onward Club

Thursday 2nd April: Football at Vision Football Factory

Thursday 9th April: No-Contact boxing at Chelmsley Onward Club

Sunday 12th April: City of Birmingham Rockets Basketball

We need you for inclusive practitioner roles in Solihull!

We currently have a vacancy open for a new and exciting role to mentor/PA some of our participants. This role will have a number of different responsibilities:

-Getting the individual socialising.
-Getting them active.
-Help them try new and exciting things.
-Giving them a change of scenery.

The rate of pay is £10-£13 per hour based on experience, with additional holiday pay.
