This summer we have teamed up with the lovely people at Perry Common Meadows! A gorgeous and accessible open space in Erdington with lots of natural features to explore this summer.

Family Nature Activities-aimed at primary age children and their adults
Tuesday 4th August, 10am-12pm
Tuesday 11th August, 10am-12pm
Tuesday 18th August, 10am-12pm

Seasonal nature walk-aimed at adults and teens.
Saturday 15th August, 2pm.

Lovely and breezy at the allotment this morning with a welcome coolness in the air. We listened to nursery rhymes, watered the mint, potatoes, cucumbers and marrows, said hi to the ducks in the pond and engaged the children with lots of role play in the Wendy house.

We have been awarded some funding to run our kids Holiday, Activity and Food programme again this summer.
The HAF programme is something we look forwards to every year, we have so many returning customers who attend our HAF sessions and we are absolutely delighted to be able to see them all again for some more nature based fun !! 🤩🥳🤩🥳

If you would like to join our lovely team as a volunteer this year please get in contact. It is a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children in an outdoor setting. We have supported a wide range of volunteers in the past including new graduates from Forest School, university students and young adults looking for work. Many of our volunteers have ended up working for us after learning the ropes and not wanting to leave the team !
