So many people are stuck in the “all or nothing” mindset when it comes to exercise.
If you’ve ever skipped exercising because you thought, “I only have time for one workout this week, so what’s the point?”, this is your reminder that it does count.
Of course, the “right” amount of exercise depends on your goals. If you’re training for a marathon or a powerlifting competition, you’ll need a more specific plan.
But for most people, strength training is about improving health, building confidence, protecting our bones, and staying strong and independent for years to come.
The biggest leap often isn’t from one workout to three.
It’s from none to one.
So if one workout is all you can manage this week, that’s still a step towards a stronger, healthier future.
