What people see is the treatment room. What they don’t see is the after hours admin, the cancelling and rescheduling, the editing and organising. You’re the receptionist, the cleaner, the marketer, the accountant and the practitioner.
You care deeply about every person that walks in, You celebrate patient wins as if they’re your own, but you also carry the pressure of keeping the business alive.
It’s not just treating backs all day, you think about cases after hours, you replay conversations, because small business healthcare isn’t just clinical, it’s personal.
