Grateful for amazing opportunities 🙏✨

I had the pleasure of being part of the One Wellness Retreat in Birmingham, where I taught a mat Pilates class.

Teaching matwork Pilates means so much to me because it’s where my Pilates journey began. It’s the foundation of everything I teach today, so being able to share it with others is always special.

The retreat itself was incredible, and I’m so thankful to everyone who booked onto my class 🥹🤍

When I first started teaching Pilates in the gym, I never knew how many people would turn up. Week after week, the numbers kept growing, and even now, it fills my heart with so much joy when people choose to book onto my classes and trust me to guide them through their movement practice.

It’s something I’ll never take for granted. Thank you to everyone who continues to support me and be part of this journey. 🤍✨

What does wellness mean to you? 🌿

For us, it’s a strong body, a healthy mind, and skin that glows from within. ✨

That’s why we’re excited to have Fajr Skincare in the studio one of our favourite skincare ranges, designed to nourish, hydrate, and support healthy, radiant skin as part of your overall wellness journey.

Because wellness isn’t just about how you feel it’s about how you care for yourself, inside and out. 💚
