💥POSTURE CORRECTION💥

This client came to see me due to having back pain, limited movement when bending and limited ROM in his right arm, all down to his job in construction and self employed so couldn't afford to take days off work. So he had to work through the pain til he had no choice but to book in to see me.🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

Body assessment.
*pain and tightness in middle/lower back.
*limited movement when bending due to pain.
*limited ROM in right arm.
*tightness in his neck.
*pain and discomfort round his right shoulder blade.

After 60mins massage.
*no pain or tightness in back.
*90% full movement when bending(no pain).
*full ROM in right arm.
*no tightness in his neck.
*no pain or discomfort round his shoulder blades.

This was only 60mins and has you can see the massive difference especially his right arm. Still not quite 100% fixed but if had 90mins im sure would of got him to that 100%. But he was happy with the results, so im happy.👍🏿🙌🏿🙏🏿✊🏿

💥POSTURE REALIGNMENT AND CORRECTION💥

This client came to me with this posture all over the place due to his work as you all can see.🤦🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🙄He had been and seen so many specialist about his back and posture but couldn't get anyone to fix him.🤦🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🙋🏿‍♂️

Body assessment.
*his neck slumped to one side.
*his neck super tight when turning.
*his shoulders unaligned.
*left shoulder higher than right.
*shoulders rolled forward.
*his middle back super tight.
*his right oblique super tight.
*tightness in hips/glutes.
*tightness in hamstrings.
*tightness in calfs.
*discomfort in his achilles.

After 90mins massage.
*his body head to toe reset.
*no tightness or discomfort throughout his body.
*everything back in natural position.

The pictures don't lie. You can be fixed even if people and some professionals tell you that you can't. You just have to find the right person who knows what they are doing and can explain everything to you.

Well that's that... deadly dozen DONE ✔️.... Honestly hardest thing ive done(especially in this heat). But "you don't know your limits til you go it alone".. me, myself and I, and I got it DONE 👍🏿👊🏿✊🏿

Wanted 1.30mins or under and done it 1.24.55mins so I'm well happy with that. Rest up then onto the next one in September 🤦🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤯🤔

💢LITTLE THROW BACK TO ONE OF MY FAVOURITE MASSAGES💢

💥POSTURE REALIGNMENT💥

At the start of the year I posted a picture of a client who came to me hoping that I could fix or do something about how bad his posture was. I had many comment about how he couldn't be fixed, the pictures are fake or even I've made him stand like that for the picture 🤦🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤣.

All I care is that every single client that come to see me, trust me and trust the process of me fixing you. Some can be fixed with 1 massage, some can take alot more.

This client from start of January has trusted me to get his posture back to the way it was years ago. 👌🏿🙌🏿💆🏿💆‍♀️

💥POSTURE CORRECTION💥

Body assessment.
* neck pain and restricted movement from left to right.
* shoulder issues. Left shoulder lower than right, restricted movement in shoulders( especially left).
* left shoulder blade lower than right, causing pain in middle of his back and when he lifts arms above his head.
* tightness in obliques(especially left).
* hips and glutes super tight.
* due to tightness in hips, glutes and hamstrings causing knee problems and making his legs turn in.
* due to tightness in hips, glutes, hamstrings and achilles making his feet turn out and achilles been super sore.

After 90mins massage.
* posture corrected and back in natural position, free of tightness, soreness and pain with full ROM throughout his body.👌🏿🙌🏿💆🏿🙋🏿‍♂️
