Our residents recently enjoyed a wonderful trip on the Severn Valley Railway, travelling from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth. 🚂

After the train journey, everyone had time to explore the town at a relaxed pace. Some residents enjoyed a gentle stroll and a browse around the shops, while a few stopped off at the pub for a well-earned drink. 🍻

It was a lovely change of scenery and a great opportunity to spend time together outside the home.

Depending on individual preferences and needs, residents can enjoy a monthly visit to our on-site hairdressing salon, regular podiatry appointments, access to the gym and a glass of wine or beer with the main meal of the day.

A Teddy Bears’ Picnic at Bilbrook Rose. 🧸

Bilbrook Rose recently welcomed children from the local community for a Teddy Bears’ Picnic and coffee morning.

During the visit, the children spent time with our residents and members of the wider older community as part of an “adopt a grandparent” morning. They chatted together and joined in with teddy bear-themed activities.

The morning gave everyone the chance to enjoy each other’s company and showed how meaningful intergenerational visits can be.
